Before You Light

• Trim the Wick: Before each use, trim the wick to about 5mm (1/4 inch). This is crucial for a controlled flame. 
• Use a Protective Dish: As a complex sculptural piece, this candle must be placed on a stable, heat-resistant dish or tray to catch the melting wax.

While It Burns 

• Burn Within Sight: Never leave a burning candle unattended. 
• Avoid Drafts: Keep it away from drafts, flammable objects, children, and pets. 
• Watch the Time: For best results, do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. 
• Extinguish with Care: Use a candle snuffer to put out the flame, preserving the intricate details. 
• Know When to Stop: Discontinue use when about 1.25 cm (1/2 inch) of wax remains at the base.
